    Patron Member, lived in Los Angeles. (R, 1964)
  • YENS, Karl Julius Heinrich (1868 – 1945)
    A muralist and painter, Yens worked in Germany, Scotland, NYC and D.C. He is mentioned in "Artistwocky" (Dec. 1928 CAC Bulletin). Yens was also part of the Los Angeles Modern Art Society, founded in 1916 by six CAC members: Bert and Meta Cressey, Helena Dunlap, Edgar Keller, Henrietta Shore and Yens.   • YUHASZ, Joseph Michael (1921 – 2010)
    Artist Member. Born on November 11, 1921, Yuhasz studied at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA and continued his graduate studies at UCLA, USC, UC San Francisco and Johns Hopkins Medical School. After retiring from a career in medical illustration Yuhasz studied with Sergei Bongart, Charles Movalli and Merrill Gage and pursued oil painting. Yuhasz died at his home in Malibu, CA on April 22, 2010. (A)
