I have read and agree to the following terms:

Artwork cannot be removed from the exhibition prior to notification.*

The prices and titles of artwork listed on this contract form are accurate and will not be changed after.*

Commission rates are as follows: 60% to the artist, 40% to the California Art Club.*

Paintings will be available for acquisition and be professionally framed and labeled, ready for acquisition.*

Artists cannot sell the selected artwork through their website for the duration of the exhibition. Artists will forward collectors to the CAC upon acceptance into the exhibition*

Artist will promote their participation in this exhibition through various social media platforms, including but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, and e-mail campaigns. Promotional tools will be supplied at a later date.*

I understand that the California Art Club may reproduce images of artwork to promote the exhibition.*
