Qualifications:
Open to active Artists, Out-of-State Artists, Mentorship Program or Signature Artist Members of the California Art Club.
Associate Artists and sculptors are not eligible to submit to exhibitions at The California Art Club Gallery at The Old Mill at this time.
Subject:
Idyllic Impressions will showcase artwork that focus’ on inspirational views of life in nature and society.
We invite artists to submit paintings that explore areas where inspiration has struck. Works could feature any genre including figurative, still life, landscape, waterscape, urban/architecture, etc.
Please kindly submit works created in the last two years.
Medium:
Oil, watercolor, pastel or acrylic
Paintings should not exceed 38 inches on the longest side
Frames should add no more than 3 inches to the unframed dimensions.
Please note that due to the small space of the gallery larger works will be considered, however heavily deliberated.
Commission:
60% Artist; 20% Old Mill; 20% CAC
All artwork MUST be for sale.

HOW TO APPLY
Submit all artwork through OnlineJuriedShows. There is no entry limit.
ENTRY FEE
Please pay by credit card through OnlineJuriedShows. For $35, you may submit a single image. Additional images are $10. There is no limit to how many works may be submitted.
Submission fees are non-refundable.
NOTIFICATIONS
Notifications will be sent to artists via their OnlineJuriedShows artist profile on or around Monday, July 1, 2024.
ARTWORK DROP-OFF/PICK-UP
Drop-off is Monday, September 16; between 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at The CAC Gallery at The Old Mill.
SHIPPING and SALES
If a work sells, the collector will assume shipping costs. The CAC will handle the sale of the artwork, itself, and any associated tax.
Artwork cannot be removed for the duration of the exhibition.
OUT-OF-TOWN SHIPPING
Artwork must arrive before Friday, September 13, 2024
Artists are responsible for the cost of crating, handling and shipping artwork to and from the exhibition via Box & Ship.
ARTWORK PICK-UP
Monday, September 16; between 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at the CAC Gallery at the Old Mill.
ARTIST RECEPTION
Thursday, September 19; 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. at The California Art Club Gallery at the Old Mill.
