Terms for Welcome to California

Purchases of artwork featured in this exhibition are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If multiple collectors are interested in the same work, the collector who submits the first purchase inquiry will be given priority. If for some reason that collector does not proceed with the sale, the collector who submitted the second purchase inquiry will be offered an opportunity to acquire the work.

Artwork must be paid in full before shipment to the purchaser. Sales tax will be added. While Artists will prepare and package works for shipment, collectors will be responsible for shipping costs. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted, as well as payment via check.

A collector has ten days after purchasing a work to decide if they would like the work to remain in their collection. If after (up to) ten days, a collector decides to reverse the purchase, they must ship the work back the the artist (professionally and properly) at their own expense. Once the work has been received by the artist, a refund will be initiated by staff at the California Art Club.
