For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and legally bound, I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the California Art Club, its officers, directors and its agents from and against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, expenses or claims arising directly from negligent or willful acts, errors and omissions in connection with my artwork being exhibited as part of the 113th Annual Gold Medal Exhibition to be showcased at the above location on the dates listed.
I am aware that the California Art Club has limited artwork insurance on all pieces of artwork. I freely choose to exhibit at the Hilbert Museum of California Art at Chapman University. I agree to accept any and all loss, theft, or damage resulting directly or indirectly from my participation in these activities.
I understand that this is a legally binding contract between the California Art Club and myself, and that it is binding on myself, my heirs or anyone making a claim.
I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its content. I sign of my own free will.
