Midnight tonight is the submission deadline for the exhibition “Captured on Canvas: Painting the L.A. Arboretum.” This exhibition is open to all current members of the California Art Club. Subject matter should primarily include scenes from the Los Angeles County Arboretum & Botanic Garden, however artwork of trees, plants, flowers and animals that can be found at the Arboretum, but was not created on location, will also be accepted. The exhibition will be held at the Los Angeles Arboretum Library in Arcadia, CA from October 5, 2019 – January 16, 2020.
