DIRECTIONS: From the North take the 101 Freeway to south on Kanan (Kanan-Dume) Road to right on PCH and proceed about 12 miles west to the Leo Carrillo State Beach.

From the Westside, take the 10 Freeway west to Highway 1 (PCH), and proceed about 27 miles to the beach.

COST: Free
PARKING: You can either park for free on the coast side of PCH by traveling west on PCH past Mulholland Hwy, and then use the non-travel middle lane, with caution, to make a u-turn to find parking along the road above or west of the Mulholland Hwy sign. There are two gaps in the fence that allow easy access on a trail to Tower 3. Or you can park inside Leo Carrillo State Beach, driving to the west or north-end parking lot (fee of about $12) adjacent to Tower 4 and walk back up hill to Tower 3.

FACILITIES: Portable toilets near Tower 4 with water available at the far north end of the parking lot.

PACK: Water and lunch, sunscreen and umbrellas (note: be aware of windy weather with umbrellas!)
