Terms for CAC Acquisitions
Purchases of artwork featured in this exhibition are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For example, when multiple collectors are interested a work, the first inquiry has priority. If the potential collector does not proceed with the sale, the second inquiry is offered an opportunity to acquire the work.
The final total calculated includes sales tax, and shipping. Shipping will start after artwork is paid in full. The artists will prepare and package works for shipment. Collectors are responsible for shipping costs. Acceptable forms of payment are; Visa, MasterCard and American Express, and check.
A collector has ten days to decide if they would like the work to remain in their collection. If after (up to) ten days, a collector decides to reverse the purchase, they must ship the work back the the artist (professionally and properly) at their own expense. After the artist receives the work, a refund will be initiated by staff at the California Art Club.
