San Francisco/Bay Area Chapter Co-Chairs Ellen Howard and Paul Kratter invite all CAC members for a two-night, three-day retreat in Yosemite this fall. Artists will have the chance to paint in a variety of locations throughout Yosemite National Park. Park ranger and Out-of-State Artist Member James McGrew will be your guide, and will give a lecture discussing how the landscape of Yosemite has inspired his work. Enjoy a painting demonstration by Signature Artist Michael Obermeyer and a critique session with Signature Artist Chuck Kovacic. This is always an epic retreat with fellow artists in some of the most beautiful and pristine California wilderness there is. You will not want to miss this!

Location: Yosemite View Lodge, El Portal, CA

Dates: Tuesday, October 19 – Thursday, October 21, 2021

Artist Presentation and Reception: Tuesday, October 19– 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Cost: $490 for two nights– single or double occupancy
