Born in California on March 6, 1895. A sculptor member of the CAC, Houser was also Editor of the California Art Club Bulletin c.1954-58. The CAC Archives contains a meeting gavel with the initials "CAC" carved into its head and imprinted "V.C. Houser." Houser’s wife, an Honorary CAC Member, was named Melodie. Victor Houser died in Los Angeles on January 11, 1972.
