[Les Sandford and Gilbert McLaughlin co-chairing a committee to "represent the CAC in exhibiting the works of diagnostic and theraputic art created by 120,000 mental health patients in institutions in L.A. County." Joined by other clubs, the goal was to mount a final central show in downtown Los Angeles. Vic Houser was coordinating chairman for the event.]
